Varada is the Founder and CEO of People First HR Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and is based at Bangalore, India. He brings with him over 17 years of professional experience in the area of Human Resource Management with large Indian and multinational Companies in India and abroad. He has worked with Engineering, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Shipping and Logistics Companies in India and abroad.

He is a qualified facilitator with a Post Graduation in Human Resources, Masters in Commerce and a Business Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. Varada has also been certified and is licensed to administer and debrief internationally acclaimed psychological profiling tools and psychometric assessment called DISC™ by Thomas International.

Prasad is a Director with PFHRC, based at Bangalore. He is a post graduate in management with specialization in marketing from university of Mysore. In his professional career spanning more than two decades, he has served in senior managerial positions with reputed MNCs in consumer electronics, automobile, IT, telecommunication & education industry in India & abroad . He has been involved with various student development initiatives during his tenure with leading B-Schools in India.

He brings along with him a rich experience of business development having served in corporate sector & education domain & well versed in the enhancement of the employability quotient of students from diversified educational background.

Prof. Vidyasagar is a Principal Consultant who has worked for 2 MNCs and 2 large Indian conglomerates for 3 decades at a senior level. His last assignment was Vice President- International Marketing for a US Healthcare company. He has specialised in Starategic Management, Marketing & Sales, Entrepreneurship, Training & Development, Brand Management and Event Management. He has a passion to train young minds.
